We started this program as a way to help people live happier & more fulfilled, stress-free lives. Studies show that in Ontario the number of people who feel regularly stressed almost doubled following the pandemic, and the number of Canadians who feel stressed all the time more than tripled from 4% to 13%… Not to mention that mental health disorders such as major depressive episodes and bi-polar disorders are also on the rise.

This program was created from the ground up with evidence based practices tailored to individual needs. Through float therapy, weekly action items, and 1-1 accountability we will train your nervous system how to rest and how to manage your negative reactions to stress (just like a good workout program teaches your muscles how to grow stronger). We will be your personal trainers for stress relief and sleep help.


Jan Jaroszynski - I got into floating back in 2016, shortly after I graduated from McMaster University. Geoff took me to Zee Float in Hamilton and instantly I knew floating was something special. My first “real job” after graduation was a physical one (stocking potato chips for Frito Lay all day), and the relief from my sore muscles and joints at the end of the work week in the tank was unbelievable! All the weight from my arthritic knees was gone, and my muscles loosed up just like after a good massage.

But it wasn’t just the physical side of float therapy that got me addicted, it was the mental as well. What do I mean by that? I mean I was able to be alone with my own thoughts and finally do some thinking & reflecting! I loved the idea of uninterrupted time with my own consciousness, and felt like this was something everybody needed to experience. It allowed me to really dig deep into my brain and analyze the reasons behind some of my thoughts, feelings, and actions, which helped me make confident decisions. Ultimately I was able to clear my mind, and get the much needed rest I deserved both physically and mentally.

After sleeping through the music of my first float for a whopping 8 minutes, I remember hanging out with Geoff in the ‘chill room’ at Zee. We got talking about the floats, and eventually about how cool of a business idea this float center thing is! Little did we know that this conversation would eventually lead to a series of meetings which led us to quitting our corporate jobs and embarking on a entrepreneurial journey.

The more I floated the more I discovered that many people are actually scared of their own thoughts and feelings. Scared of being alone in a float tank. And that this was largely due to the overwhelming stress and anxiety they are dealing with in their life. Geoff Liang - I first heard about floating from Joe Rogan’s podcast, and the way he described it hooked me. The idea of it as a sanctuary where I could escape the stress and noise of the world to take a journey deep into my own consciousness was powerful. My life felt like it was on auto-pilot until my first float. Whether it was decisions related to my career, interests or relationships, I had never really taken a moment to pause and reflect on what I wanted to want.

I realized that many of the dreams and goals I had were simply what society and my social circle had imprinted upon me. And when I was caught up in the momentum of life running from one thing to the next without a chance to decompress from the endless pressures of life, it wasn’t until I was in a float tank that I could have the mental clarity and peace I didn’t know I so desperately needed.

The more I floated the more I could bring that focus into my everyday life, being more conscious about where I was going and what I was doing to be more fulfilled regardless of what everybody else might be doing or telling me to do.

And that led me to realizing there must be more people like me who don’t even know why they feel stressed, anxious and unhappy. I decided that sharing the practice of floating, and more importantly the practice of managing their mind was going to be what I dedicate my time to.
